WarPost is an unofficial community tool for miniature wargaming fans: list builder, tournament management, pairings, rankings and profiles. The service is in beta: it may contain errors, change or be interrupted without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the complete accuracy of game data.

You must be at least 14 years old to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. Provide truthful information when signing up.

The army lists, texts and data you create are yours. You keep ownership. You only grant us a limited, revocable licence to store, process and display them in order to provide the service (for example, showing a list you choose to share via a public link or enter in a tournament).

You can export your content at any time and remove it by deleting your account. This licence ends when you delete the content, except as needed to keep the history of tournaments already played, detached from your identifying data.

By using WarPost you agree not to:

• post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity;
• extract data in bulk (scraping), overload the service or try to breach its security;
• use the service for spam or unauthorised commercial purposes.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

WarPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Games Workshop. Warhammer: The Old World and all associated names, marks, illustrations and logos are ™ and © Games Workshop Limited, used without permission and with no intent to infringe their rights. WarPost claims no ownership of that intellectual property. WarPost’s own marks and content (the interface, code and design) belong to the project.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WarPost will not be liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. We recommend exporting your important lists regularly.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may change these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law; we will publish the current version on this page. You can stop using WarPost and delete your account whenever you want from your profile.
